HOW IT WORKS

Before your treatment starts, you’ll meet with a physical therapist to review your patient history and participate in an evaluation of your goals and movement limitations.

You and your therapist will review your customized treatment plan to reduce pain, address root causes of pain, restore your movement, and reduce your risk of future injury.

Wear loose-fitting clothing and tennis shoes.
